Cost of Bricks

Hi,
Rang roadstone there for a price on 500 Tyrone windsor bricks. 84 cent per brick. Is this expensive. The person on the phone said it was their cheapest. Does anyone know if the bricks in B & Q are any good for a front garden wall with 3 pillars, about 3.5 m wide, about 3 feet high?

I worked in a brickyard in Kingscourt for a couple of years, and I think that price you were given is a bit high, especially for tyrone bricks. You should ring up the brickyard in Kingscourt (Kingscourt bricks, part of the Lagan group) and ask them about their Arleigh red rustic range or any other range that they produce on site. Those would normally be the cheapest ones. No harm in ringing and asking for the sales Rep's number Hank Traynor, he would do you a good deal, more than likely better than what the office would give you. Give it a go and let us know how you got on.

Can you buy directly from Tyrone brick given they are in trouble?
