I am in the process of buying a house from Dublin City Council. I was told in September this would be compleated in a matter of weeks.As of this week still no date has been given. I have mortgage cheque waiting which I could have been paying off for the last five months. Insted I am still paying dead rent. Would I have any claim against them for these costs?
