Hi,

If I guaranteed a loan as a means of investing in a company and am unhappy with the use of the loan within the company i.e. it is used for other business purposes than proposed as part of an investment agreement, what are my entitlements with regards going to a bank and stating that I no longer wish to guarantee this loan? Is anyone familiar with rights an investor has in this case and what are the actions that I can take?

Read the guarantee document. I doubt if it allows you to guarantee a loan and then change your mind.

It seems that your problem is with the directors or shareholders of the company. You should deal with them first.
