Copyright law in Ireland with relation to the internet

Hello,

Does anyone know anything about copyright law in Ireland with relation to the internet?

I'm talking about three things -

1. If I put a ...for example, madonna... mp3 on a server in Ireland and share it with the world

2. If I put a link to a madonna mp3 on a server in Ireland (the mp3 is not actually in Ireland, only the link to it is.)

3. If I am an Irish person, living in Ireland, but I have a server in ...for example, Bulgaria... which has links to mp3 files on it.

Am I breaking Irish law with any of the above?

Does anyone know where I can read more about this?
