Cooking Course

Am thinking about a cooking course for a weekend break to brush up on my culinary skills!

Apart from Ballymaloe, any other recommendations?

Manda, one of my favourite hobbies is cooking and I could give you a few lessons, but Mrs L.A. may not be convinced that the lessons were just culinary. Instead I would suggest you try the link below. A friend of mine (yes Clubman I have some) and his wife went to the link below and had a brilliant weekend. You watch the food being prepared....cooked...then you eat it... yummy!
