Cookery courses

Mrs. Hansov has decided that she wants to do a one/two or three day cookery course. Not that her cooking is bad (I'm alive!) but just to learn how to cook new dishes. She is interested in Chinese/Thai/Italian style cookery. Not interested in courses heavily focused on baking or desserts. Anybody know of anybody/organisation in Dublin or elsewhere offering such short courses. I'm getting hungry already! Thanks

I took an 8 week night course (one night a week) in Chinese cookery in Colaiste Dhulaing which I found very enjoyable. Check out with the college if you live in the area (its behind the Northside shopping centre in Coolock). Otherwise check out any other colleges near you - they generally all run nightly cookery courses starting at the end of Jan usually.
