Conveyancing quote

[Newbie!]

We are currently selling our home and purchasing another. A rough conveyancing quote from our solicitor was as follows:

For purchase and sale: professional fee of €1800 plus vat at 23%. Searches, commissioner of oaths, admin free and folio registry of approx €350

Obviously 1% stamp duty and land registry fee of ~€800 also.

Does that seem reasonable?

If yes, it is ridiculously cheap.
