Contents insurance for landlords contents

Im not sure if this is appropriate to this forum or the insurance one.
Does anyone have advice on where best to get contents insurance for landlord's contents.
I have an investment property and the building is insured on a block insurance arrangement.
Those insurers do not do landlord's contents-only.

I have building, contents and landlord's liability insurance with FBD.

Sorry to hijack but can you get contents insurance for just the tenants too?
Does it make a difference if it is a house share rather than a family of couple?
