Hi

Did Consumer legislation change so that if a service provider (Insurance, Gas, Electric, Broadband, Mobile etc) are offering plans or deals for new customers to attract customers to sign up for their service, did the law change that they have to offer them to existing customers too?

Was there talk about that at one stage?

Did that every go anywhere or get enacted or is it still being discussed

Thanks

Never heard of any talk of that for the general utilities market.
Maybe you're thinking of the banning of "price walking" or "differential pricing" specifically in the home and motor insurance markets?
