I’am a self employed individual based in Cork who provides a process automation support service to manufacturing companies. I have recently been approached by a potential new customer who appears interested in I working for them on a consultancy basis, 1 day per week for the next 2 years approx. They have asked me to submit a consultancy agreement along with my proposal for their review – I have never had a consultancy agreement with a customer before ? Can anyone recommend a solicitor in Cork who is experienced in these matters ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
