I have 2 loans which are both underwritten by my bank AIB, however one was through Open Financial Services - www.open.ie through a past employer. I want to wrap them into one AIB loan, and increase my monthly payment to pay it off faster.
Open take the payment via direct debit every month but I never reviece any statemetns from them etc. I emailed them about it but never got a reply.
Can I just get AIB to consolidate these loans or do I have to contact Open first, how does it generally work?
