Our family health insurance is up for renewal this month and despite spending hours on the hia website, I am all but confused as to the plans available.
We are with Aviva hospital level 1 and they have reduced the cover. I recently had a stay in hospital and had a private room. This will not be coered from our renewal, which is a disappointment.
We are 2 adults and 2 kids, generally healthy and don't have many GP visits etc, so it's really for hospital cover we are looking for.
The glo health 'good plan' seems better than our current one but then I am no expert with the differences in plans. We pay monthly with aviva, about 150 euro so no more than that per month.
Any opinions or help would be much appreciated.
