I am confused!!!!
We got a refund lodged in our bank for TRS owed to us this week but as yet, no statement as to what was paid for which year.
We closed the sale on our house in Dec 2004 but started mortgage payments in Jan 2005.
So we have 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008 interest statements.
What should we have been entitled to each year?
For example, in 2007 (yr 3 I presume?) we paid 11,166.33 interest - what relief should we have received?
Also, if the % is 20% or whatever, is each person entitled to 20% or is it 10% each?
