Computershare dividend payments by bank transfer

I currently receive US dollar dividend payments from Computershare by cheque and deposit them in an Ulster Bank account but I'm looking to get these paid by electronic transfer. I've tried to change my preference on the Computershare website by clicking on MY DETAILS and BANK DETAILS but I'm getting the following message:
Corporate Account Blocking - Banking Details Update Unavailable

I would appreciate if anyone else had a similar issue and how to resolve.

I haven’t had that issue but I’ve found their phone support good for any other payment issues
