Complaints about financial institutes

Any information on who handles consumer complaints about money lending institutues?
 
I assume that they are covered by the Financial Services Ombudsman.

They are licensed by the Financial Regulator, so you could make a general complaint about their practices to them

You have to complain to the institution first. If you are not happy with the outcome you can then refer it to the other bodies.

Always give the person/institution that you have the grievance with the time to handle it first. That's why they all have Complaints Procedures.
