The small top-hinged window in one of my pvc windows wont close properly. When I close the handle, the internal workings don't function and it doesn't "lock" shut.
I phoned two window companies who were going to send someone out to me some time in the last two weeks but I'm still waiting!
Any ideas who might sort it out for me?
