Company/Share recomendation for project

I currently am doing a college project and need to select a company/share in which hypothetically would be a good investment for the future,

Can anyone recommend any companies to look at?

I hope I am not breaking rules here but I am only looking at this for a project and not for any financial gain/investment purposes.
