We are doing a project in college...

It entails an Irish Company winning a contract in a foreign currency nation...we have chosen the UK...

We need to talk about exchange rate risk,etc, and I am looking for good sources of information for this,,,

What exactly are you looking for? Do you understand what exchange risk is?

Probably the best thing to do is to find an actual company that exports and discuss it with them. Some of the American multinationals tend to be quite helpful when it comes to helping schools etc as they see it as part of their corporate/social responsibilities
