Company efficency audit, does a company exist in ireland for it?

A friend working in a large company is looking for someone to come in and 'troubleshoot' their company, mainly streamlining admin and improving efficency. She said they had a consultant that came into her U.S. company and studied the organisation and then produced a report stating where problem areas were. Is there such a service available in ireland?
 
You could try [broken link removed] guys. I have not used them but I have met their MD a few times and he talks a good job and is passionate about what they do.
 
Most business consultants can carry out an efficiency audit but beware of their hidden agendas i.e. the "sell on solution" packages & alternative service providers they may recommend in return for commission on such refferals. Also why not avail of a benchmarking service provider who may not even charge for the service if your company agrees to contribute to the overall knowledge pool.
