Hi

Looking to purchase warehouse dublin 12 , nothing much for sale at moment. any ideas on anything new approx 3000 sq ft, or where best to look

What sort of office/warehouse content. Do you need a secure yard space? Access to any major roads?

Honestly 3000 sq ft private treaty sales in that neck of the woods are like hen's teeth at the moment. You would be best to call around the commercial estate agents in the area - JLL, Savills, CBRE, and in particular William Harvey who seems to specialise in warehouses in the south / southwest area of Dublin. Have a drive around and check out the estates, see who has boards up and ring them for information. Check out the above companies' websites.

I'm reliably informed you can expect to pay well in excess of €210 psf in the D12 area for a new/nearly new build.

Are you prepared to go as far out as Greenogue/Baldonnell there is plenty of availability up there? Also what would you be using the property for?

Thanks m03art, will do , 210 seems expensive but it suits me in d12, any further and the commute is too much.
