A commercial tenant (small company with three directors) of ours was ordered by the circuit court to vacate and give us vacant possession by the start of this year which it has. The company has left behind however several hundred used tyres and other assorted junk. Our solicitor says there are steps we can take to have them removed, but I am not to optimistic tbh. Anybody have anything like this before?
