Commercial Property sales, any specific Estate Agents dealing with them?

I am looking for a piece of land for commercial use. Is there any specific estate agents that deal solely with commercial lands/property. Also is there any that deal with ones that have existing planning or outline planning.

Depends on what part of the country you are in. Normally the large Commercial Agents handle only Commercial property. An EA - Commercial or Residential will deal with whatever is thrown to them and answer you with the same Bull as usual.
