I don't know if anyone out there is experiencing the sort of problems I am with people putting out co. council cones on the street. Every evening I come home and try to park my car, I notice more and more cones are being put outside people's houses to prevent parking there. I find this very intimidating and usually drive around for ages before I can find a place to park. I am resident's disc and am quite entitled to park but I feel unable to take these people on.
Is there anywhere I can complain about this?
