Hi all,
Apologies if there's already been a post about this (I couldn't find one) but we're closing the sale on our new apartment soon, and I'm not sure where this will/should happen.
I heard that the meeting is always held in the builder's solicitor's office - if true, will be a pain, cos I work in town and the bf works in Sandyford, while the solicitor's office is in Swords.
Is it possible that our solicitor can hand over the cheque, etc on our behalf, and then we sign the contracts in his office instead later? Has anyone done this before?
Cheers y'all, and many thanks in advance!
