Hi,
We've received a reasonable quote to renovate our bathroom from this company but was wondering has anyone used them before. They are members of the National Guild of Mastercraftsmen so I take it they're ok!

the OP is not asking about the guild ,but the shop.
ive bought shower door and tray's from them and fitted them myself. from what i could see they are only a retail outlet and sub contract the fitting.

If you read their post you'll see the OP is incorrectly making the assumption that membership of the guild means 'they're OK'.
