My wife and I are registered with revenue as married but we are taxed seperately and do not share credits etc.
At the end of 2013 I was able to claim back tax using her unused lower tax band using a 'declaration of marriage' form (not sure what the exact name of it was).
To claim this year for 2014 can I simply ask for a balancing statement or is there a more complicated process??
