Claiming Health expenses 2019

I tried to claim, entered the amount.

I'm then prompted that I can upload my receipts. I hit OK but it just brings me back to to the screen to enter the amount.

I can't seem to move forward. I have tried on my phone and a tablet.

I then tried to upload the receipts but that seems to be disabled.

Its actually my first time claiming online as my last claim was in 2017 and I did that manually.

What I am missing?

I have just done it successfully, but on a PC. I'd suggest you try on a Windows desktop or laptop. A lot of websites work better on windows, especially when it involves interaction and form filling/document uploads.

It might not work, but it's the first thing I'd suggest to try.
