Civil courts deadline

I incurred an injury june 1st 2018, claim application was accepted by PIAB March 8th 2019 ,PIAB authorised me to proceed to courts September 25th of 2019 due to no engagement from other side .

I'm wondering when the deadline is to lodge proceedings with civil courts in light of all this?

You have two years from date of accident. This period is suspended from the time your application is received by PIAB and is extended by another 6 months from the date they issue the Authorisation. Without knowing when your application was received, it is not possible to give you an exact date. the important thing, is that you are still within time.

Mind you, this is all predicated on the assumption that the party you are suing was not killed in the accident. If that occurred, then the two year limit is reduced to one year.
