Does anybody know how I should go about tracing the identity/origin of a (deceased I presume) person who is nominated as the title holder of an account of unclaimed funds in the Circuit Court - Wicklow.
the person 'in charge' so to speak of Circuit Court funds, is the County Registrar. You could always write to him/her and put your case in writing. I do not know if you can meet such an esteemed person in person. Perhaps a friendly solicitor woudl be of assistance.
