Christmas lights ,like rain drops falling,where to buy?

Hi, I was passing by "fire "restaurant in Dublin today and noticed that they had lights on their christmas tree,which looked like a tube about 12 inchs long and in each one it appeared as if the light inside was falling like rain.They are also blue ,and I think they are LED.I have seem the same ones outside the frascatti in Blackrock.
Does anyone know where I could purchase these?

Sorry, don't know where you would get them but they seem the new thing in commerical lighting this year( Blanchardstown TS has then as well as the trees in the Prague market) so will probably filter down to the high street next year. Maybe try commerical display stores such as Flamingo's
 
Not sure if they have this particular light, but Fantasy lighting in Walkinstown had a good selection of Christmas lights
