Moved into a house in estate, neighbour has chorus tv, phone and broadband, but when i ordered tv, phone and broadband I was told by sales i wasn't connected to the fibre optic cable that enables all these services. And if i wanted the service, i had to pay to have the cable routed underground to my house. I asked can it be routed between the 2 houses overhead, they (sales) said no!
Has anyone had experience or similar? Are they fobbing me off?
