Chimney Survey

Hi All,

My sister is concerned by some damage/degradation to her chimney. It may only cosmetic but she's understandably anxious to get an expert opinion. She's based in the Inchicore area. I was wondering if any could recommend either a chimney surveyor in the Dublin-area or a builder with some expertise in chimneys.

Had a chimney done a few years ago by Templemore Chimneys (087 2647582), excellent job done and very nice guys working for him.

A few others came out to look at it and they gave massive quotes and one guy even stuck a standard camera up the chimney and took a picture! another guy came to look at it and then we had to go off looking for a flashlamp for him so that he could have a look up - would'nt you imaging that he would have his own equipment if coming to quote for a repair job on a chimney.

I know what you mean about tradesmen arriving without necessary equipment.She had a roofer out the other week to price up roofing repairs and he didn't bring ladders.....
May be a stupid question but are Templemore Chimeys based in Templemore, Co Tipp?
