My chimney has a crack (see pic) it’s been like this since I bought the house in 2007. Never really gave it much thought but should i repair it and will it be expensive? It’s a semi d. Should the Neighbour pay half (it’s rented and I have no idea who the landlord is ) . Could I skim over it as a solution ?
