Cheque lodge query

Never lodged a cheque into my account before and just wondering do I have to go to my own branch to do it or will any PTSB branch do?

The branch where I opened my account a few years back has closed down and the replacement is a pain in the This post will be deleted if not edited to remove bad language to get to!

Any branch is ok
just have your account number and branch sort code.

If you have a Laser Card you can lodge it with that and the money goes straight into your account, unless it happens to be a large cheque.
