Check mileage on a NI car - HPI check best?

Hi,

I want to check that the mileage on a car is accurate and that the car has not been clocked.
The car was originally imported from the North.

Is www.hpi.co.uk the best? Its mileage & whether the car was ever crashed that I am after.
