Cheapest Way to Transfer Euro Lump Sum from AIB to PTSB

Hey - what should I do here to effect a transfer of a lump sum from AIB to PTSB. Assume it's over the limit for internet banking and has to be done in branch.

I see that AIB's charges publication refers to the below and says it is free:

Domestic Credit Transfer (10)- Paper Paylink Euro Standard Instruction to be completed via the branch. €0.00 per item

(10) To complete a Domestic Credit Transfer via the branch, please use the Paylink Euro Form.

What do you think? It's to move money into a fixed term deposit account at PTSB.

I did this in branch (>20k) and it was free. I had no access to transfer to another account online as AIB are very restrictive if you don't have a current account.
