We need to replace our bathroom sink and toliet as we will be extended the house in a few years we do not want to spend a fortune.
Does anyone know where I would get them for a good price.

If you just want a bog standard (pardon the pun) toilet and basin for the moment, I'd opt for B&Q too.

Picked up a lovely basin with semi pedestal for a bargain there a while back.
 
Don't know if the company operates in Ireland, but you could have a look at www.bathstore.com - they were one of the outfits we checked out before getting our bathroom sorted.
