quick question....

a husband is a PAYE taxpayer and wife doesnt work. jointly assessed.

presumably if wife makes a > 250 euro charity donation its ok to put her name on the CHY2 Cert and the charity can clawback some of the married couple's tax?

In the case of joint assessment I presume that either name and PPSN can go on the form.
