Charge for using Visa Card

Just booked flights on [broken link removed] and they are going to charge me 2% for paying by credit card. Are they allowed do this?
 
As long as they divulge the credit card booking levy in the terms & conditions and list it when booking they are allowed to charge it. They mention the possibility of charges and say that they will be detailed before confirming the booking. Did they do this?
 
Yep they did! Ah well will just have to pay it. Supose it is like the credit card charge that ticketmaster whack on.
