Changing the duration of investments on Raisin Bank deposits

I applied to invest with BluOr for one year, and the application was accepted. The account is not "active yet", as I'm still transferring the funds. I would like to change the investment from 1 year to 6 months; the website does not explain how to do this, and Raisin are taking forever to respond to my emails. Have any of you savvy folks out there been in this situation, and how did you resolve the conundrum?

At Availability you should see withdraw application in blue type. Click this.
