Changing mortgage, Will I lose my FTB Interest relief (Still 2 years left)?

Hi Im thinking of changing my mortgage to a tracker, my question is if I do will I lose the 2 years I have left on my FTB mortgage interest relief. Thinking of moving to another lender.

u need to let revenue know about the change of institution though, u can apply online at [broken link removed] once u go through the change over
