changing estate agent

Am thinking of changing estate agent, Do I need to tell them that I am changing or just ring up and tell them to take the property off the market, return keys etc. Then in a week or so they see the property back on the market with another agent???

Just let them know you are changing, its not that hard to do and saves future complications.
