Changing ensuite sink for small sink

We currently have a pedestal sink in our ensuite that is too big for the space so want to change it for as small a sink as possible.

Most of the small sinks I have seen are wall mounted and not on pedestals, as I want to keep the cost down (and assume changing from ped to wall mounted will be costly) does anyone know of suppliers of small sinks pref in the west
 
Is the wall to which the wall-mounted sink is to be attached to solid? If so, it shouldn't be any more expensive so long as the flooring is in good condition after the removeal of the existing pedestal.

Not planning on selling for a long time to come and I would be happy to shave in small sink.
Just was wondering as I said if a small pedestal sink existed and where had they come from
