Changing correspondence address for mortgage

If I request a change of correspondence address for my PPR mortgage with Pepper (previously Danske) are they likely to ask why?

If you are on a low tracker, I would guess they would ask why.

My Danske tracker T&c’s clearly stated the property must remain my PPR for the life of the loan.

If it ceases to be my PPR, they can convert it to their substantially higher investment home loan rate.

If you look at the Danske T&Cs, there’s a section that deals with how to tell them if the property ceases to be your PPR.

It’s called “Are You Insane?”
