change speedometer and odometer from mph to kmph

Just wondering if anyone has converted a speedometer from mph to kmph and also converted the odometer value to the equivalent km value. if so how much did it cost?

I appreciate it may depend on the car but interested in getting some idea of cost across manufacturers
