Hi all, I currently have a property rented from council
I have been made an offer to buy for €45k..however I
was given this house prior to me meeting my wife who
had her own property (current mortgage €180, 000
Current value €100, 0000....the mortgage is in her name
only, and the council house is in my name only.
Her income is € 1250 fornightly net ...shes a teacher..
Morgage is €944 per month
Childcare is 700 per month
Car loan € 180 per month..
My income is €1750 per month net
Rent €400.
Credit union loan €200
Bank loan €200..
Neither of us have any savings..the council house is in the country
My wifes house is in the town and weve had difficulty trying to
rent it (top rent for house like it €450 pm....shorfall€ 450 ...id appreciate
any advice either with a view to my orginal question re
buying or frankly any other options that people might deem pratical
in this situation.
