Due to sell some work tax scheme shares next year, there should be no actual CGT liability to pay, but I understand you must complete a form anyway?
Either way can someone direct me to exactly where the short form for CGT is on ROS to make a return, and if there is a liability how you pay it?
Does this fit with the disposal in Jan-Nov, pay/return in Dec timeframes? Dispose in Dec, pay Jan?
