cgt - offset loss against gain

I have three investment properties. Two are worth more than I bought them for and one has dropped in value since purchase.
I have to sell all three.
If I sell the house that has lost value since purchase first can I offset this against the cgt on the two houses that are worth more than when purchased thus reducing the amount of cgt that I'm liable for?
All info much appreciated.

Afaik Yes you can carry forward any losses so it is important as to the order you sell. Sell the property that will show a loss first
