CGT Losses and relocation to Ireland

I have cgt losses as a resident of the UK from 2002. In the UK you can carry forward losses for up to 6 years, in Ireland indefinitely. My question is having become resident in Ireland can I carry forward my UK losses onto my form 12 to offset against a CGT profit I should make this year ?
