Certificate in Management - Recommendations ?

Interested in doing a course in Management. Already have a Degree qualification in Engineering + several years in Marketing & Sales but need some formal qualification to round off my CV.

Anyone any experience with IMI's "mini-MBA" or Certificate in Business Management ? It's a 5 Day Intensive Program.

Any other recommendations for something similar ?

It is more project management than executive management. I have no experience of IMI but I would be very skeptical of calling a five day course a mini-MBA. Most MBA students spend more time than that on one assignment. IMHO, IMI courses are great if someone else is paying for them but a single course of a few days will not make a substantive change to a CV.

Thanks, That TCD one looks interesting, but it seems to be more focused on Civil Engineering. I am looking for something in the High Tech sector.

If its a five day course with a company called Professional Development I would think again. Had a lot of trouble getting Certificate from this company. It would appear they lost my work but would not admit this. Finally sorted almost a year later.
